Vivid Spirit Tarot - A very painful ordeal

This review is a little different to my normal reviews, in the sense that I don't actually have the deck I want to review. 

From what I thought would simply be an easy process, turned into an absolute fucking knigtmare which is still on going. 

So i pre-ordered this deck back in August 2020

Which was meant to be released April 2021. No issue here I've pre-ordered before. 

I said "NO ISSUE"..... Which are the famous last words...

Then a few months later I noticed that the listing had gone, no pic nothing. 
Which is unusual for Etsy because with Pre-Orders the listing stays. I was a little worried about this so I contacted them via email and the creator got straight back to me via Etsy Messenger. 

Absolutely no issue, great communication and I was happy with that. 

Time went on and I realised that my old surname was still on the order and it was close to printing, so I contacted them. 

No response. 

So i replied since it was now April and no response to this either.

But, I'm pretty patient and I had nothing to lose at this point. Money already paid out, no way of complaining to Etsy because the window of opportunity was long gone.

In July I tried again through Instagram. 

Oh I was a bit mad 🤣

Etsy wasn't working.
IG had failed.
So i gave up for a bit because losing my shit was pointless.

August, I went back into it but via email again. 

It was now a matter of Principle 


Hurray! A response

I thought this was brilliant, finally I would get my deck 

But no, nothing at all

Now, October, this is 15 months after I pre ordered, and 6 months since they have been shipped to everyone.
Through this past 6 months I have obviously seen multiple people using this deck on social media.


Hurray!!! He replied and also the listing on Etsy has been changed.

Besides this whole fucking ordeal I was absolutely pissed off that he had the audacity to write "I have Resend the item". 
Because it's this assumption that people are so dumb that they think it's a resend and the company is doing a favour. 
The fact is, this man and company did not EVER send me the item, they very clearly ignored all of my emails about it. 

And I could maybe understand if I was harassing them, but I was very patient and sometimes Months between contacting them. 

The deck is not with me, and who knows if its actually just a ploy to make me be quiet. At this point i have no faith in DarkSynergy. 

Absolutely no Hype, all Drag and I won't be reviewing any of their decks in the future. Companies like this need to stop treating people with such a disregard when they spend their hard earnt money with them. Whether you are earning big bucks, or little bucks it doesn't matter, your earnings should be respected at all times. 

Its a No from me.

I'm currently looking through the Internet for crumbs on Dark Synergy and I've found other people who have experienced the same thing. So I will continue to update this post to that the entire pattern is recorded in one place
